Straight Blade Positive Bar Semi-rigid Casing Centralizer Manufacturer

2. Introduction
Casing centralizers are used to help center the casing in wellbore, allowing even distribution of the cement around casing during cementing operations, more suitable for vertical well.
Positive (semi-rigid) casing centralizers are uniquely designed with flat bottom U profile of different depths permitting maximum fluid passage.
3. Characteristics
- Design appearance-hinged design with positive steel bars mechanically attached to hinged end collars.
- Performance-provides positive casing standoff.
- Applications
- Used in most types of well designs.
- Most suited for horizontal and directional well designs; favorable in cased hole situations.
- NOT to be run around a coupling or stop collar.
- Recommended to run between two 212-series stop collars or one stop collar and casing coupling.
- On some special designs, it is possible to use a special limit clamp underneath this type of centralizer.
