2. What's the payment terms?
     We support T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance).

2. How long is the Lead Time?
    15-30 work days upon receipt of deposit.

6. How about the Warranty?
    a) structural frame and weight stack: 10 years
    b) pulley, cable, handle, seat cushion: 1 year
    c) spring and other easy broken parts: 90 days
    d) technical support: 10 years

7.Can I choose the cushion color and the tube color freely?
    Yes, the cushion color and tube color can be chosen by your own needs.

8.Can I customize some new products?
    Yes, it's just the production time will be a little bit longer because we needs
    time to do the new design.

8.If I want to open a gym, can you offer me some suggestion?
     Yes, we can make a precise project for you all for free according to your gym's building
     drawing and your ideas.

9.How can I trust you if I do not have time to visit your factory?
     We can make video call on Skype whenever you want during our working hours. 
     Our showroom and factory are at the same place, you can see them both. (our work
      time: 08:00-12:00/ 14:00-18:00  GMT+8)
