Q4:How does the online ordering process work?
Our ordering process is very simple.
1)Add products to your cart and continue to the checkout page
2)Complete our checkout steps, including shipping options, payment options and your contact details
3)We will send you an Order Confirmation email after your successful purchase
4)After we have processed your order, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation with the tracking details of your parcel, and a link so you can track your parcel.
5)Our courier partners will then delivery the package to your indicated address
