Energie Fitness in Inverurie is set to hold an International Kettlebell Fitness Federation (IKFF) masterclass.
It will be held in the gym at Blackhall Industrial Estate, Burghmuir Place, on Saturday, March 26 from 11am to 2pm.
A spokesman said: "It will be delivered by Alan Lyon, who is a IKFF UK master trainer.
"He has represented Scotland at five world championships and is an International Kettlebell Marathon Federation (IKMF) Pentathlon Master of Sport, World Class and Marathon Master of Sport.
"It will also be delivered by Carol Forbes, who is a IKFF certified instructor
"She has represented Scotland at three world championships, is a World Kettlebell Sport Federation record holder in long cycle and a IKMF Marathon Master of Sport.
"Utilising the Girevoy kettlebell participants will be able to master the fundamentals of the basic lifts, incorporating workouts, bodyweight, secondary drills and the dynamic Turkish get up."
