Emma Raducanu lifted nearly four times her body weight in training. The US Open champion works incredibly hard both on and off the court and her trainer certainly put her through her paces with this latest workout.
The teen, who weighs around 55kg, was seen doing hip thrusts with 180kg of weights plus a 20kg bar in a video she uploaded to Instagram.
The tennis star grimaced as she pushed herself through the strenuous set while her trainer cheered her on.
Raducanu captioned the clip: “Finishing the week strong w some good faces & a nice round number. happy weekend.”
The Brit’s post was flooded with comments, including one from fellow tennis player Naomi Broady who wrote: “Okurrrrr mama. I see those stacks of plates.”
While personal trainer Alice Liveing also said: “YESSS Emma! It is honestly so good to see women lifting heavy weights and embracing all the positive benefits of resistance training.”

The British number one spends significant periods of time working on her fitness, as she referenced during her recent time in Australia.
She told reporters Down Under: "I'm not really hanging out so much, but I'm kind of just at the club to get my business done and then leave even though my business takes 12 hours! It's a well-known fact I literally spend 12 hours a day at the club.
"Everyone in my team is, like: 'What are you doing?' I don’t know what’s wrong with me.
"But I feel like I don't know where the time goes. I don't even hang out in the player lounge and talk to anyone. I'm just doing training. And then in between having lunch, recovery, and then training again. And then gym and then more recovery.
"So I'm here from like, 8.30 to 7.30. I don’t know what’s happening!"
The Bromley local has enjoyed a magnificent start to her tennis career and is setting a fine example for those aspiring to follow in her footsteps.
Since her meteoric rise to superstardom, Raducanu shared the biggest problem she feels herself and her fellow young pro players face.
“I think that the challenge that younger players may face is getting disheartened by a few losses in a row – that’s not something that every successful tennis player has gone through,” she told Glamour magazine.
“It’s important to keep strong and stay in your own lane really, and kind of zone out from what everyone else may think or say, and just keep believing in yourself.”
The world No 13 said she followed the advice herself, and explained the reason she was able to recover from any setbacks.
“It doesn't matter what level you're at – if you keep losing a few matches, it can be easy to get disheartened, but personally I just know that I'm doing the right things.
“I trust myself – and that everything will come together in the end.”
