At CineGear 2022, CORE SWX has unveiled its new Direct Connect Helix Plates for the ARRI Alexa 35. These new direct connect plates allow you to unscrew the B-mount plate off the camera and screw on either the HLX-BABV-S35 (v-mount) or HLX-BABG-S35 (3-stud) then attach a Helix Max v-mount or 3-stud battery pack.

By utilizing one of these Direct Connect plates, you can use the same battery mount style for all of your equipment including your current chargers because the Helix Max batteries are dual voltage and therefore able to operate as a standard 14 V pack or in high voltage when coupled with a Helix plate.

The Direct Connect Helix Plates for the ARRI Alexa 35 are now available to pre-order for $249 USD. They should be shipping at the end of June.

Mount input: DC 20-34v Output for Camera: DC 20-34v Size: 3.25″ x 5.5″ x 0.5″ Weight: 0.4 lbs.
