TCX has announced their next-generation adventure boot designed for all-season touring, and light off-road riding. Dubbed the Infinity 3, the boot is the manufacturer’s flagship model in their adventure touring line and an all-new update of the Infinity EVO.

From the ground up, the Infinity 3s are constructed with a Groundtrax rubber outsole, engineered to ensure stability, grip and traction both on the footpegs and off the saddle. This is due to the design of lugs and grooves, as well as the choice of the rubber compound, which also maximize the wear-resistance and self-cleaning of the tread.

The OrthoLite insole is at the footbed of the boot for added cushioning and better breathability. According to TCX, the material offers maximum comfort even after prolonged use. The Infinity 3 is also built with a special dial fastening system that adjusts the tension of the external lace, which is designed to make it easy to regulate the fit in the instep and shin area, down to the millimeter. The adjustable front band with Velcro panel completes the fastening system for the perfect locked-in feel.

Suitable for wearing under touring pants, the CE certified Infinity 3 is made from a mix of microfiber, suede leather and engineered fabric and is lined with a Gore-Tex Performance Comfort membrane for waterproofness. There is also a mid-height version which is lined with TCX’s proprietary T-DRY membrane. For added protection and durability, both versions are equipped with ergonomic shin plates and reinforcements on the toe, gear area, heel, and ankle.
