Here's everything you need to know:

Instructions: You'll ease into this sweat session with a warmup, and then crank up the intensity with three circuits each featuring three exercises completed two times through. Each circuit will be descending in weight. For the first move, you'll use two dumbbells. During the second, you'll use one dumbbell. The last will be a bodyweight plyometric movement.
